Unfortunately, our plans to come together last weekend were cancelled due to the unrest and protesting that was happening in the downtown area. So far, we do not know if we will be able to reopen on Sunday. We do not want to take any chance of putting any parishioner in danger, so we have decided to have the church in downtown Cleveland remain closed this Sunday, June 7th as well.
The Chapel will be open Saturday and Sunday
Saturday 5:00 pm (50 people).
Sunday 11:00 am (50 people).
For those who would like to receive communion only, you can come to the Chapel parking lot, watch the liturgy on your devices, and Immediately following I will come to your car and distribute communion to you. Please remain in your car.
For those in attendance at liturgy at the chapel, please do not forget to wear your face mask Hand sanitizer will be available at different stations of the chapel
Reminder that Bishop Elias Zaidan has issued dispensation to all those who are not comfortable returning to the church at this time until further notice.
Finally the Chapel will be open for liturgy on Tuesday (English) at 6pm and Thursday (Arabic) at 6pm. No reservations needed.
We know this is an inconvenience, and we are sorry about that, but we must remember it is for the health of you all.
Sincerely yours,
Fr. Elias Yazbeck
